Description
The 1495 Tudor gatehouse with its beautiful red- and fired-brick edifice, located beside the church of St Mary-at-Lambeth, serves as the entrance to Lambeth Palace, the official London residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury. The palace itself is not open to the public, however the gardens do occasionally welcome visitors for a fee of 5; for dates and times, please consult the website.
