Description
A green landmark of London
The Jubilee Gardens were designed in 1977, and planned for the Queen’s Silver Jubilee. They were redeveloped in 2011-2012, for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, with more facilities for recreation and leisure.
The beautiful gardens are carefully landscaped with new flower beds, granite pathways and seating edges, as well as a new, contemporary playground, for children aged 11 or more. The Jubilee Gardens can be found on London’s South Bank, across the Parliament, right next to the London Eye.
