Description

Greenwich Park, London's oldest and most stunning expanse of green space, offers visitors an array of attractions, including a rose garden, a playground, a 6th-century Anglo-Saxon burial ground, breathtaking views of Canary Wharf, and even an enclosed deer park called The Wilderness. Covering 74 hectares and designed in part by André Le Nôtre, the landscape architect behind the gardens of Versailles, the park is bisected by the imaginary meridian line and is home to the Ranger's House and the Royal Observatory. It opens daily at 6am.
