Description
This Harry Potter studio tour with transfers from London begins with a coach ride from central London and ends among the sets of the films. The journey there and back and your entry ticket come in a single booking, and you get roughly four hours at the studio, or about six with the extended stay option.
Inside, you pass through the Great Hall's doors and hunt for the golden snitches tucked around the set. Next come the Gryffindor common room, Snape's lab and Dumbledore's office, then the Forbidden Forest with a full-size Buckbeak and Aragog the giant spider. A stop at Privet Drive, home of the Dursleys, is followed by the effects section, where an animatronic foetal Voldemort shows how the effects team brought the films' scariest creatures to life. In the costume area you can study Hermione's and Ron's wardrobes and those of the Beauxbatons students.
