A Stonehenge and Cotswolds day trip from London joins two very different English landscapes in one long day. The early departure from the city is meant to bring you to the stones ahead of the crowds, with early access and admission to the exhibition centre included.
Stonehenge is a UNESCO World Heritage Site raised by farmers of the Neolithic age, a site of rare archaeological value. You get a sense of how big the stones are, cross the ancient terrain around them and find out how people lived then in the exhibition at the visitor centre.

In the afternoon the trip moves on to Bourton-on-the-Water, a village that goes by the nickname Venice of the Cotswolds, where the time is yours to wander a village visitors love. The day lasts around ten hours and travel is by coach with a live guide. Meals and hotel pickup are not included. Wear comfortable shoes, as the day involves some walking, and dress for the weather. It is not suitable for children under four.
