St Paul's Cathedral tickets let you explore a working Anglican cathedral that is also one of London's leading sights. Natural light, glittering mosaics and paintings inside the dome fill the cathedral, and a touchscreen multimedia guide in nine languages explains it all with film and commentary.
The climb is the part many visitors come for. From the cathedral floor, 257 steps lead up to the Whispering Gallery, where you can test the acoustics. Another 119 steps reach the Stone Gallery, and 152 more lead to the Golden Gallery, with panoramic views across the city.

You can also join a free guided tour of the floor and crypt or a short introductory talk, subject to limited places and registration on arrival. Access to the Golden Gallery may be limited late in the day. There is no cloakroom, and large bags are not allowed.
