Description
This pasta-making class in central London takes place in one of the Pasta Evangelists restaurants. A plate of Italian antipasti greets you, and unlimited Prosecco keeps the class relaxed for its two hours. Soft drinks are an alternative.
An Italian pasta chef walks you through the artisan techniques of pasta fatta a mano. You make either pasta bianca, from flour and water, or pasta all'uovo, from egg and flour, and shape a classic such as tagliatelle, malloreddus or orecchiette. Filled pasta like tortellini can come up too, as the chef decides on the day.
- Antipasti on arrival
- Unlimited Prosecco during the class
- Ingredients, an apron and specialised pasta tools
When the cooking is done, you sit down and eat what you have made, served with a Pasta Evangelists sauce. The class supplies the ingredients, the apron and the pasta tools, so there is nothing to bring but your enthusiasm for Italian cooking. Transport to the venue is not included.
