Ponds, playgrounds and more
Clapham Common is one of the largest public parks of London, stretching over 89 hectares in Wandsworth and Lambeth. The park features three ponds, from which Eagle Pond and Mount Pond are used for angling, while Cock Pond is a paddling pool.
For outdoors recreation, Clapham Common offers tennis courts, bowling green, skatepark and pitches, as well as two playgrounds areas for children. As an interesting trivia bit, the bandstand in the park is the oldest and largest surviving bandstand in Greater London.
